Value Addition In Agriculture And Horticulture

Many state and central projects were completed and ongoing by HOPE on Agriculture And Horticulture in the rural area of Uttarakhand state. The following major projects were completed and on-going by organization in recent years:

1. “Promotion of pulses for nutritional food security of SC Community of Almora district of Uttarakhand” is on-going from 2019.

2. “Promotion of millets and oilseeds for nutritional food security of SC/ST Community of Bageshwar district of Uttarakhand” in year of 2015-2017.

3. “Cultivation and Promotion of Multipurpose Crops (Amaranths & Buckwheat)” in year of 2012.

4. “Value addition in Amarnthus, Buckwheat, Barley,and Finger millets (Bakery)” in year of 2012.

5. “ Utilization of Bio resources for income generation in Himalayas” in year of 2011.
