How We Work

Working environment, education and support of money etc. plays the key role in the development of any society. As mentioned earlier, literacy level, living standard and life style are very poor in the rural area of Uttarakhand. Farmers are still engaged in conventional agriculture due to unawareness about recent agricultural technologies. Hence, realizing the importance of area, many projects have been initiated. The farmers have learn a lot by “learning by doing approach” of HOPE. The increased yield of all the crops by the adoption of improved packages of practices have led to create market itself in the area and farmer got better returns for their produce. All these knowledge and skill experienced are going further disseminated in other area for the holistic development of the society.
